My name is Shyam, and The Custom Car Lab is the result of a 20-year journey through the heart of the automotive world. I began my career as a diagnosis technician at Mercedes-Benz, where I was privileged to work on some of the most sophisticated machines in the industry. Over the years, I honed my skills not just in diagnostics, but in understanding the language of luxury vehicles—how they think, respond, and deserve to be treated.

With a Diploma in Automotive Mechatronics from Mercedes-Benz and certifications as a Diagnostic Technician, I’ve trained with the best, including immersive technical programs in Stuttgart, Germany. I’ve held roles as a Certified Diagnostic Specialist across Kuwait, Bahrain, India, and Australia, and led technical training and support for Mercedes-Benz dealerships.

But my real passion has always been in the finer touches—enhancing the driving experience with world-class infotainment systems, immersive ambient lighting, and tailor-made solutions that reflect the individuality of each vehicle owner. That’s why I spent the last five years specialising in accessory installation exclusively for luxury cars.
