2. Online Store Terms

3. Product Accuracy & Display

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product images will perfectly match the actual item due to differences in screen displays and lighting.

If an error is discovered in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders as needed.

4. Order Acceptance and Pricing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. GST is included unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are added during checkout.

5. Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and account information for all purchases. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that:

  • Use the same billing/shipping address.

  • Are placed under the same customer account or credit card.

  • Appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

6. Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within Australia only. Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging.

  • Returns must include proof of purchase.

  • A restocking fee of 20% may apply for returns not related to defects or damage.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Please contact our technician first with photos/videos for initial assessment. Return requests without proof will be rejected.

Note: Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

8. Warranty

Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold by The Custom Car Hub come with a warranty provided directly by the manufacturer. The duration and terms of this warranty vary by product and manufacturer.

  • Warranty coverage, including what is covered and for how long, is subject to the manufacturer’s policy.

  • Customers should refer to the warranty documentation included with their product or provided by the manufacturer.

  • The Custom Car Hub facilitates warranty claims but is not responsible for the manufacturer’s warranty obligations.

  • To process a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and any warranty ID or serial number supplied by the manufacturer.

Our Warranty

In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, we provide a one-year limited warranty on our products from the date of purchase. After this period, technical support may still be available at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to logos, images, product descriptions, text, graphics, and product photos, is the property of The Custom Car Hub or is used with permission.

Please note that product photos displayed on this Site are sourced from DMP Car Design and are used with their permission for illustrative purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this Site without prior written consent from The Custom Car Hub or the respective content owner.

10. User Submissions & Reviews

Any feedback, reviews, or content submitted becomes our property. We may use your name in connection with your submission. We reserve the right to remove or modify any content deemed inappropriate or misleading.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of NSW.
