At The Custom Car Hub, we are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
1. Warranty Information
All products sold by The Custom Car Hub come with a one-year warranty. After the warranty period ends, we will continue to provide technical support, although any service or guidance beyond this may be subject to certain regulations or limitations, depending on the condition of the product.
2. Return and Refund Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Special orders or custom-made products are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be denied at our discretion.
2.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed to the same card.
2.3 Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee may be applied to returns not due to product defect or shipping damage, or for any items that have been opened, tested, or used.
2.4 Customs & International Returns
Customers are responsible for all customs clearance processes.
As stated in our “Shipping and Disclaimer” agreement, which must be accepted before placing an order:

If customs clearance is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, any international return shipping fees, tariffs, and import service provider charges will be deducted from your product refund.

Shipping fees and payment transaction fees are non-refundable.

All return requests must include photo or video evidence to demonstrate the issue.

Returns submitted without prior approval or supporting evidence will be rejected.
2.6 Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover return shipping where applicable.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
